October 28 2007 Eskrima. Top Eskrima instructor Krishna Godhania will once again be visiting the school. This time the seminar will cover a wide range of the skills in the Filipino Martial Arts. This will cover single stick, double stick and Knife defence (Please contact for details)

September 15 2007 WAKO full contact kickboxing at Falcons Rugby club, Newcastle. A great event by Marty Wilson up in Newcastle and a chance for one of our fighters to get back in the Ring.

August 19 2007 MMA Seminar. Top Martial arts instructor Paul Whitrod visited the school to run 2 seminars. The first was in wrestling skills for the Juniors & Little Dragons and the second for adults to learn and train Mixed Martial Arts skills. Thanks once again the Master Paul for coming along to our school

July 28 2007 BBQ. Summer BBQ for all students and parents of the kids. As per previous years this was another fantastic event with lots of support. Thanks everybody

June 30 2007 Kids Grading. Another great grading was held at the school for the little dragons and Juniors. The grading was followed by some martial arts based games then a picnic lunch. The afternoon was completed with the awarding of the grading certificates and belts for the successful students and also the student of the month award. All gradings are chaired by Sifu Tony Willis head of 5 Elements Martial Arts. Special thanks go to instructors Chris Bragg and Steven Attfield and helpers Gill Bates and Kellie Willis

June 28 2007 Beauchamps School PE Lessons. 5 Elements Martila Arts working with Beauchamps school are delivering a short number of kickboxing classes as a part of the school PE curriculum.

June 11 2007 Adult grading week. The school holds its adult grading sessions All gradings are chaired by Sifu Tony Willis head of 5 Elements Martial Arts. Congratulations to all the successful students.

June 9 2007 Runwell School Fete. Many thanks to everyone who took part or attended the Runwell School Fete. This was another successful event for 5 Elements Martial Arts.

May 15 2007 Free 4 Weeks Ladies Self Protection seminar. This short self protection course was a hugely successful event and we received great feedback from the people attending.

March 2007 Students attend the first 2007 squad selection for the WAKO British Team.

February 2007 Chief Instructor Tony Willis manages the corner for one of his fighters Seven Attfield at the WAKO British Championships. Steve won the Silver medal just missing out in the Title fight to a much more experienced fighter. Well Done Steve.

January 2007 Planning Permission on new full time martial arts school obtained

December 2006 Invited to attend "Cant stand the heat 2" World championship Kickboxing in Sheffield.

November 2006 Potential Fighters attend a training session with Master Cris Janson-Piers to gain additional experience training in Full contact Kickboxing and ring craft. The students trained with a number of World and British champions. Including Ryan "the hammer" Hamer and Kerry-Louise.

July 2006 Tony Willis Sifu is appointed Head of all Chinese Martial Arts for the BFKKO and recognised as a senior technical director for the organisation.
